Panic! at the Disco is a pop rock/electronica band founded out of Las Vegas, Nevada. The band is constituted of Brendon Urie (vocals, guitar, keyboard) and his early life family member, Spencer Smiths (drums), inclusive of their schoolmate, Ryan Ross (guitar, keyboard, backing vocals).
